What is systemic psychology?
Systemic psychotherapy focuses on the relational patterns we develop within our family of origin: the role we take on, the place we occupy, the ways we communicate, and the unconscious patterns we internalise from an early age.
These patterns often continue to repeat themselves throughout our lives within the different systems we belong to — our romantic relationships, the families we create, our friendships, professional environments, and social circles.
This approach helps bring awareness to repetitive dynamics that may create suffering, emotional imbalance, or relational difficulties. By understanding ourselves more deeply, recognising these patterns, and learning new ways of relating and communicating, meaningful and lasting change becomes possible.
