How can I help ?

I am a Clinical Psychologist specialised in Systemic Psychotherapy, with more than 25 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families.

My work is based on a global, humanistic, and integrative approach that considers the individual as a whole — emotionally, psychologically, physically, and relationally.

I place particular importance on the deep connection between body and mind, and on the impact that our personal history, beliefs, and life experiences have on our inner balance and wellbeing.

Therapy is, above all, a space for reflection, understanding, and transformation. A safe and supportive environment built on trust, where it becomes possible to explore difficulties, gain deeper self-awareness, and move forward at your own pace.

I believe therapy is a dynamic and collaborative process where meaningful dialogue and a strong therapeutic relationship create the foundation for change.

My aim is to support you in:

  • Developing a deeper understanding of yourself,
  • Managing emotions more effectively,
  • Overcoming emotional blocks and repetitive patterns,
  • Improving the quality of your relationships,
  • Restoring emotional balance and inner peace,
  • Moving towards a more authentic, fulfilling, and harmonious life.

Therapy is a journey towards greater self-awareness, emotional freedom, and a more peaceful way of living — both within yourself and in your relationships with others.

The Mind & Body Psychologist

Regarding the mind and body as one, I work with techniques using:

  • Systemic Psychology

Psychotherapy for individuals (Adults, Teenagers, children), couples and families.

  • Vibrational Medicine

The clearing of cellular memory due to experienced trauma and trans-generational trauma.

  • Traditional Chinese Medicine - Acupuncture

I view psychological health through an integrative lens, where mind and body are deeply interconnected.

My work is evolving to incorporate growing insights into the role of :

  • The Microbiome - Research on the gut-brain axis highlights the role of the microbiome in mood, stress regulation...etc.
  • The Vagus Nerve in emotional regulation, stress, and overall wellbeing.

We can either stick to more traditional psychotherapy, or go towards more
integrative holistic methods that can greatly contribute to your psychological and physical health.

 It's all up to you!
