Sessions offer a safe, supportive, and confidential space where you can express yourself freely, in an atmosphere of trust, respect, compassion, and without judgment.


Individual Therapy Sessions for Adults, Teenagers and children


Sessions take place face-to-face and last approximately 40 - 45 minutes.


Together, we work to better understand your personal history, emotional experiences, thought patterns, and relational dynamics in order to identify unconscious patterns, repetitive behaviours, or emotional blockages that may be preventing you from moving forward with greater clarity and inner balance.


To encourage self-expression and deeper self-awareness. I like to be creative through the use of:


  • symbolic imagery,
  • metaphors,
  • storytelling and narration,
  • imagination,


The aim is to support a process of transformation that feels more aligned with who you truly are, while fostering greater emotional wellbeing, inner peace, and authenticity.

Couples Therapy Sessions


Sessions last approximately 1 hour.

Couples therapy provides a safe and constructive space where both partners can explore the dynamics of their relationship with greater understanding, openness, and awareness.


Our work focuses on communication, emotional connection, the history of the relationship, its strengths, its wounds, and its potential for growth and transformation.


Exploring each partner’s personal and family history allows for a deeper understanding of unconscious relational patterns, emotional reactions, and repetitive dynamics that may be affecting the relationship today.


During the sessions, we aim to bring awareness to each person’s role, needs, vulnerabilities, and ways of functioning within the couple, in order to create new possibilities for dialogue, connection, and mutual understanding.


I use different therapeutic approaches and tools adapted to your unique story and specific needs, including:


  • circular communication,
  • Nonviolent Communication (NVC),
  • role-playing,
  • family sculpting,


The goal is to help you build healthier ways of relating.


This process supports meaningful and lasting change, while helping the relationship evolve with greater consciousness, balance, and emotional intimacy.



Family Therapy Sessions


Family sessions last approximately 60 - 75 minutes.


Here, particular attention is given to communication patterns and the specific role each person has within the family system that correspond to the family's equilibrium and dynamics.


Sessions offer a space where each family member can express themselves and be heard in a respectful and supportive environment.


Together, we explore family history, relational dynamics, inherited patterns, and the difficulties being experienced in the present moment.


The therapeutic process aims to bring greater understanding to the functioning of the family as a whole, while identifying patterns that may create tension, misunderstanding, or emotional suffering.


Together, we work toward developing healthier ways of communicating and navigating conflict, in order to encourage changes that feel more conscious, peaceful, and harmonious for the entire family.
