ABOUT me
A person as a whole is greater than the sum of their parts: emphasis on a holistic process !
Growing up between France, Britain, the United States and Switzerland, I was raised in a bilingual and multicultural environment that shaped my openness to others from an early age.
As a child, I was naturally drawn to people and developed a deep curiosity about human emotions, relationships, and the ways we connect with one another.
As a young adult, I chose to settle in France to reconnect with my French heritage and deepen my understanding of my own identity and roots. These personal experiences of living between cultures have given me a strong sensitivity to questions of belonging, adaptation, and self-discovery.
They continue to inform my approach today: one grounded in empathy, attentive listening, and a genuine desire to help others better understand themselves and navigate their own life journeys.
After my studies at University and the beginning of my practice as a clinical psychologist, I continued my training through specialising in systemic psychology. I believe it is essential to consider the family and social systems, as well as the environment that we are a part of. In order to have a more global understanding of a person's life, it is important to take into account their role, function and the way they position themselves in their families and how they reproduce schemes of behaviour. The systemic approach naturally led me to work with couples and families, helping people address their relationship and communication problems.
This holistic perspective confirmed my conviction that it is essential to treat a person as a whole - mind, body and spirit. I gradually developed an interest in integrating the body in my work as a psychologist and trained in
Traditional Chinese Medicine.
In 2005 (after working at the Nice University Hospital in addiction and for the "Association Montjoye" in the family mediation department, then continuing my career in a Human Resources consulting firm), I opened my own psychology practice in Sophia Antipolis. In 2008, I added Traditional Chinese Acupuncture to my practice to complement the tools I applied for the well-being and balance of my patients in body and mind.
In recent years, I have added the use of Vibrational Medicine to treat the psychosomatic and psycho-energetic aspects of my patients. This method works on both the psychological and physical aspects of the person, permitting in-depth work through the clearing of the memory stored in our cells connected to life experiences and trauma.
This helps to overcome trauma and helps people finally let go and advance in their lives after living difficult events.
In 2025, with the opening of the KALEIDOSCOPE Centre in Valbonne village - "The Holistic and Integrative Psychology Hub", I have partnered with Dr. Katrin Scanlan, Clinical Psychologist.

Today, I also support individuals through an integrative approach that considers the connection between the body, the brain, and emotions.
Recent research shows that the gut
microbiome plays an important role in psychological and emotional balance, particularly in relation to stress, anxiety, and mood regulation.
I also integrate emotional regulation approaches inspired by Polyvagal Theory and vagus nerve work, helping to support a greater sense of inner safety, nervous system regulation, emotional resilience, and stress management.
Thirsty for knowledge, I regularly train in practices that have meaning for me and that allow me to evolve positively, so that I can "Be" at the service of the well-being of my patients.
